Three children—Mudar, Mohammad, and Ghazal—are living with muscle atrophy, brain injuries, and motor developmental delay. They belong to a small family whose sole provider struggles every day to meet even their most basic needs—diapers, medication, and food—amid extremely harsh economic and living conditions. The father’s work brings in only a meager income, barely enough to keep hunger at bay for his children. Meanwhile, the family is unable to provide the consistent medical care that these children so urgently require. These three children are suffering in silence.
