For the child who left a piece of their childhood behind in a schoolyard struck by bombing… for playgrounds that once echoed with laughter… And for the teacher whose students were forced to leave, taking the last lessons with them… For them, we write a “New Line” — a journey to restore schools and bring children back to their playgrounds and classrooms. Together, at this charity iftar, we will contribute to rebuilding Syria’s schools and become a means of returning thousands of students to their desks.
