Following aerial bombardment on her town, which led to paraplegia, Wahida and her son fled and ended up in an unfinished, uninhabitable basement. They are always at risk of eviction since they cannot pay rent. Her son makes very little pay from collecting and selling junk. The badly need help to be relocated to a new home and to secure some essential supplies.
