Abdul Salam, a four year old child. As a result of undergoing surgery immediately after birth there is now an empty space in his head near the brain side and this space is now filled with water, he is now a nervous child and his psychological state is bad as he breaks everything in front of him. Abdel Salam urgently needs medication and monitoring on a continuous basis but his family's poor financial situation and living condition made them unable to pay the cost of treatment.
