Mr. Hussein is an elderly man suffering from fluids in the lungs and weakness in the heart muscle. He entered the hospital in an emergency and needs to stay under medical controle for several days. He can not work and lives in a simple home with his wife, two daughters and their children. He is the only breadwinner for the family and is responsible for them; he can not afford the cost of entering hospital to receive treatment.
