Rabe'a is a woman inside Syria suffering from lumbar corneal herniation and sliding of the second and third vertebrae due to her aging; this led to narrowing of the spinal canal which added difficulties to her movement and the possibility of paralysis. She needs urgent surgery to lift the hernia and reduce the pressure on the vertebrae and spinal canal.
