Ayoosh is in her 50s, lives in a small house with her family of eight, including her eldest son's family. Her grandson is suffering from hypoxia which she suffers from diabetic retinopathy that requires surgery. Ayoosh cannot afford it due to high costs which his unemployed husaband can't afford due to lack of employment opportunities. The poor man works for a meager wage that is insufficient for their large family. Ayoosh wishes to be able to see her grandson and children again, but she loses hope over time.
