Sa'eed is a thirty year old man suffering from right knee cartilage breakage due to his detention in Assad regime's cells. He became unable of moving it and was forced to leave his work, he needs a cartilage surgery, but due to his illness and inability to work, he is unable to secure the cost of surgery.
