Mohammed is a young man in his thirties, he was injured by a shrapnel in Syria which caused him an intestinal ulcer which expanded around the intestines, causing a part of it to explode followed by bleeding and septicemia. Mohammed now requires surgery but his poor financial situation made him unable to secure the cost for it.
