Wa'el is a refugee in Jordan living with his family in very poor financial conditions, he is blind and has underwent a mesh fixation surgery with changes to the lens and white water removal along with silicone in his eyes; but now he suffers from vision fog due to the silicone and is in need of silicone removal surgery and the removal of some fiber in the left eye. Wa'el is unable to carry the costs of treatment as he is unable to work.
