Raghdan is a two year old boy, since birth he has been suffering of palsy of the eyelid, which leads to an unbalanced movement and greatly affects the retina of the other eye. He needs surgery to pull-up the eye lid, but due to his father's illness and the poor financial condition of his family, they are unable to to bear the cost of surgery.
