Mahmoud is an eleven-year-old boy. He has suffered from mental atrophy since birth, which is a hereditary illness. His health began to deteriorate about four years ago. He previously underwent two operations, and as a result, he is currently unable to eat or even walk. Mahmoud is currently in desperate need of a feeding tube due to his inability to eat.
