Sido lives with his family in an uninhabitable house in Afrin after they were displaced in search of safety. The family lives in very poor living conditions. Sido works in sewing to secure a living for his children but has been unable to work recently due to his illness and severe pain suffering. Labs suggested that he has a stone below the ureter which must be removed in a surgical procedure that is referred to as laser fragmentation of the stone.
