Fayez, a young man in his thirties, suffers from Down Syndrome and a mental disability. He lives at his sister Nour's house after he lost all his family members. Nour works in washing dishes so that her family can survive. Her husband suffers from cataracts and her son is diabetic and needs insulin. She works along with her niece for late hours and for little money that is barely enough to feed their hunger and are forced sometimes to borrow money. Nour urgently needs to secure the cost of diabetes medications and their current conditions is very miserable and the house is almost devoid of any furniture.
