A little child in his thirteen was injured by an accident in the kitchen , he got a deep wound with an interruption in his hand tendon. The child needs to undergo an urgent surgery to rebind the tendon and fix the wound then support it with a cast. But the family are suffering of bad conditions of refugee , they completely depend on the aids from the mother's family. The father is a refuge trying to join his family but he is unable to pay the cost for his son surgery .
