Mr. Abdel Fattah lives in a tent in one of the refugee camps where rainwater constantly seeps in during the harsh cold. Mr. Abdel Fattah is unable to work due to his diabetes-related foot disease and poor circulation, which has led to lower limb amputations. As the disease progresses throughout his body, Mr. Abdel Fattah will undergo further surgical amputations. His children have left their school seats and gone to work to provide treatment for their father. The family lives in a cold tent lacking the most basic necessities of life.
