Arwad was born with disease and pain, diagnosed with urinary system problems and congenital issues in her spinal column. After undergoing surgery to correct it, she started suffering from brain fluid leakage, leading to head enlargement and she developed partial paralysis! She is now desperately in need of bladder surgery to ensure her kidneys are not damaged due to fluid retention in her small body, and physical therapy sessions to improve the health of her lower limb. However, financial circumstances stand in the way of her recovery. The family lives in a modestly-conditioned home with deplorable living conditions. Her father is the sole breadwinner, and he can no longer work consistently due to his daughter's illness.
