In a very simple home near an educational center, Abdul Aziz and his family live as refugees after being displaced from the countryside of Damascus due to the bombing. Today, the family struggles with difficult living conditions and relies entirely on United Nations aid. Abdul Aziz works as a guard for the educational center in exchange for housing in the home. However, his chronic illnesses, along with his wife’s illness, have worsened their situation, as it is difficult for them to afford medication costs, not to mention their daily expenses and necessities, which they can barely secure.
