Geschichte
In a neighborhood reduced to ruins, no water to quench thirst, no electricity to break the darkness, and hardly a sign of life. Youssef lives with his family in a relative’s home, clinging to the fragments of hope that remain amidst the devastation.
Youssef, who has endured the cruelty of prisons and the torment of detention, now stands behind a small street stall, trying to scrape together a few coins to feed his children. Despite a congenital disability that has weakened his leg and burdened his steps, he keeps pushing forward.
In his children’s eyes is a silent hunger. In his heart, a deep sense of helplessness tears him apart but never has he raised his hands in surrender.
Will your support be the hope they so desperately need?
