Geschichte
Mahmoud lives in a modest rented home in Afrin and wakes up every day at dawn to work. He works as a driver, despite suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease that have plagued him for over a decade. He carries in his pocket a long prescription: 17 pills a day to keep his heart beating after four cardiac stents were implanted. With his limited income, Mahmoud often chooses to cover school expenses for his 10th-grade twins instead of securing his medication.
"I skip my medicine so they can succeed," he quietly told us, fearing his heart may stop before he sees their dreams come true. But heart disease, blood hypertension, and diabetes medications are costly, and there’s no way he can afford them monthly, along with rent and daily expenses.
Mahmoud needs your support to remain the strong father his family depends on. Your donations can turn his fear into peace and keep his giving heart alive!
