In a small room, Uncle Taha lives with his wife, each relying on the other as old age and illness weigh heavily upon them. Despite suffering from high blood pressure and weakened eyesight, Uncle Taha continues to toil at a wool-washing shop to provide a humble living for himself and his wife, who is burdened by heart and joint diseases. They were never blessed with a child to support them in their old age, leaving the entire weight on a man worn down by time, surviving on an income barely enough to cover rent and meager expenses. Today, they need a compassionate soul to reach out with mercy and support, so they may live the rest of their days with dignity.
