Geschichte
Thirteen years ago, Aunt Amina fled to Turkey with her husband and children, enduring a harsh journey through refugee camps until they finally settled in an old house with worn-out furniture.
Her husband suffered multiple strokes, and she became his caregiver while also working to provide for the family. During one of her pregnancies, her cesarean scar ruptured, leading to a severe infection that required emergency surgery—paid for on credit.
Then came the hardest blow: her husband passed away. Amina was left alone with her three daughters, doing whatever simple work she could find—like cracking walnuts—to survive. A small aid card from the Red Crescent helps her cover part of the rent.
She is a patient mother, quietly enduring, but she needs support that won’t let her down.
Be the help she’s been waiting for.
