Geschichte
In the heart of hardship, Fatima stands empty-handed with her children, after returning from Lebanon just one month ago. All she has left is hope.
They found only a temporary shelter: a tiny room inside a relative’s house — a room with no windows and no doors, closed off with hanging blankets, its ceiling leaking rainwater onto the little space where her children sleep. Her husband remained in Lebanon, unable to see and suffering from three slipped discs in his back, completely unable to support his family.
Their youngest child is fighting a serious condition: erosion of the skull bones in his scalp. He needs daily follow-up in a private hospital and constant dressing changes without interruption — care that is exhausting both physically and financially. Today, Fatima is standing at the very edge of her strength.
She needs compassionate hearts to help lift this crushing weight from her and her children, and to give them a chance at safety, treatment, and a dignified life.
