Geschichte
Uncle Hassan is an elderly man who once served as the imam of his village mosque. He spent his life in dignity and serenity — until the war stole everything from him. He lost his wife and was left alone, carrying the full responsibility of caring for his four daughters, all of whom have intellectual disabilities to varying degrees. There is no one for them but him.
After harsh years in the Watad camps near Idlib, he returned to his village, Maasaran, clinging to what was left of hope, only to find his home without doors, without windows, without furniture — just cold walls that protect neither from heat nor from cold.
Today, he lives in extreme poverty, relying on a small imam’s salary that doesn’t even cover their daily food. His daughters constantly need medication, special care, and disability supplies that he simply cannot afford. Their lives remain suspended between the cruelty of need and the weight of illness.
Your donation to them today is an act of mercy and solidarity — a lifeline for a father worn down by responsibility and four vulnerable daughters who depend entirely on him.
Stand with them in this difficult trial and help turn their bare walls into a home, and their fear into a little bit of safety.
