Alāʾ, a young girl, has been lying in the intensive care unit for more than fifteen days after developing autoimmune encephalitis that caused her to lose consciousness and directly threatened her life. It is a severe medical condition that has left an innocent child suspended between life and uncertainty, while her family lives in constant worry. Alāʾ’s family is facing very difficult humanitarian circumstances and is unable to meet the costs of the treatment and medical care she urgently needs. Time passes heavily on the hearts of her parents, who have nothing but prayers and deep fear for their daughter.
