Rawaa is burdened by a series of debilitating health conditions that have worn down her body over time. She suffers from arthritis and a slipped disc in her back, in addition to unstable chest angina that drains her strength and limits her ability to move or carry out even the simplest daily tasks. The family was forced to flee in 2015 and now lives in a partially unfinished rented home in the city of Al-Bab. Rawaa lives there with her daughters, her son Mustafa, and his family, all under difficult living conditions. Mustafa is the sole provider, working as a hospital employee in Al-Bab, earning a salary that barely covers rent and basic daily expenses. Between the pain of illness and the strain of financial hardship, this family moves through its days under a heavy weight of worry, in need of support to ease a burden that has become too heavy to carry alone.
