He works as a vegetable vendor, earning a small income that barely covers his family’s basic needs, leaving them to live under very difficult conditions. Khaled suffers from unstable angina that causes him frequent pain and seriously threatens his health. Doctors have recommended that he urgently undergo a cardiac catheterization procedure, but he is still waiting for a chance to receive treatment due to his financial hardship.
