Since his release from detention, Abdul Sattar’s voice gradually faded until he lost it completely after being diagnosed with laryngeal cancer, which required surgical removal of the larynx.
His suffering did not end there. One year later, he was diagnosed with cancer in the lymph nodes and began a harsh treatment journey involving chemotherapy and radiotherapy, with no significant improvement, while his condition continued to deteriorate.
Today, his treatment has been interrupted due to a malfunction in the hospital’s equipment, leaving him unable to continue the care he urgently needs.
Abdul Sattar is now fighting a disease that does not wait, and he is in urgent need of support to resume his treatment before it is too late.
