Sameer was born in 2012, suffers from speech defects and Bradyesthesia ( slowness of perception) due to damage in his brain cells. Sameer needs physiotherapy and nerve surgery in the tongue. He and his family are refugees in Turkey and the cost of his treatment is beyond their ability.
