Omar was displaced with his family from Iraq to Syria. He suffers from genital disorder and he had undergone 21 surgeries. His brother Abdulrahman has a shoulder bone fracture and dislocation. They can't work while the family lives in dire conditions. Their oldest sister works to provide for them and for her orphaned child.
