After Syria was freed from the grip of tyrants, Ahmed and his family returned to Jableh, their place of origin. They believed their suffering had finally come to an end, and that it was time to rejoice in victory, return, and liberation. But that joy quickly faded, as God willed that Ahmed lose his father in a painful car accident during the month of Ramadan in 2025. Ahmed, our little child born on 25 June 2022, now lives with his siblings and mother under the care of his grandfather. Despite his old age, the grandfather does his best to provide for his orphaned grandchildren, but without success. What he earns from agricultural work is not enough to meet Ahmed’s and his siblings’ needs. You can help ease this burden on the grandfather.
