Faraj is a displaced child from Dair Al Zour city who constantly suffered from displacement and lost his father when he was two years old. Faraj is currently living with his mother and siblings in Molham Village. His suffering was compounded by being injured during an airstrike on his house. The loud noises caused him to lose his hearing, necessitating a hearing aid, that facilitated his learning after using at the Gaza School. Faraj's ambition is to become an English teacher.
