Companies do this as a form of corporate social responsibility, as well as in order to boost employees’ workplace engagement and loyalty. Amazingly, every year, billions of dollars are left on the table because donors aren’t aware they can receive a matching gift from their company!
How does it Work?
All what you have to do is to approach your company's Human Resources department and ask if your employer offers such program, and if so, how to submit your gift matching request. In case they do not have such program, we invite you to consider suggesting the idea, given the potential positive change it can have on your workplace and on the company’s reputation!
