Randa (born in 1987) is a mother of 4 and has been the head of the household since her husband went back to Syria in 2017 and disappeared since then. She used to pay rent from the help she receives from some people, but when she was cut off help, rent accumulated and the family were forced to sell all their belongings to pay rent. They also had to live in their neighbour's place for a few months. Thanks to some people's support, they were able to rent another place, but it lacks essential supplies, such as a fridge, a washing machine, and a stove. Her children do not go to school, and although they are young, they work to help out. The family's situation is very bad and they need help.
