Abdullah's(2002) family left their city after being bombed , they went to Turkey in search of a safe life . Due to the difficult living conditions in Turkey ,and the absence of a father , the family began to suffer poverty and diseases and work continuously with returns that allow them to cover part of their obligations, Abdullah, one of the family members, suffers from a cancerous mass that has caused a large swelling in his hands and most of his body, so that one of his sisters is forced to leave her work and accompany him to receive special care .
