In a small tiny house that lacks the basic living necessities, Mariam -born in 1983- lives along with her family. While Mariam's husband was trying to work and provide a descent life for his family, the cargo fell on him and caused him multiple fractures in his back in addition to multiple nails in his foot to stabilize it. After the accident, the father is no longer able to work and cover his family's needs especially the treatment of his son who has has brain ischemia.
