Maram is a little girl -born in 2010- who lives with her family in a rented house within difficult living conditions in Idlib. Her father works in a car repair shop and his income can barely secure their basic needs. Maram suffers from short stature and low weight, and ingrowth, this negatively affects her mental health condition, as she feels the difference between her and her friends at school. And in order for Maram to be able to be treated, she needs growth hormone injections, but her family is unable to secure them.
