Ahmad is an eight-month-old child suffering from testicle problems on both sides. he needs surgery, but his father is unable to secure any part of the price, as they have an income of no more than $25 in the Lebanese town of Arsal. Ahmad is young and tender and cannot bear the pain, $85 is the price of the operation that eases his suffering, so do not leave him.
