Zainab has not yet completed her fifteenth year and she unfortunately suffers from septal defect on the heart that made her waste her childhood between hospitals and doctor's appointments. Zainab left her family and came alone to Turkey to undergo heart surgery. Zainab spends most her time lying down and fatigued. She walks few steps only before she feels tired again and go back to bed. Zainab's psychiatric status is deteriorating especially that she's living away from her family waiting for her surgery.
