Story
When he was five years old, Mohammad sustained an eye injury that impacted his vision and led to retinal detachment. He had an eye surgery and now needs another one. Mohammad is now in the 9th grade at school and is struggling with his studies due to the reading difficulties he has. His condition worsens every day the surgery is delayed. The young child was displaced from Aleppo countryside and lives with his family in a rented home in Jisr Al Shughour. His father's income covers the family's needs only for a week, and he has no means to pay for the child's critical eye surgery.
