Ghufran is a young girl who suffered from an injury in the camp, which caused her to have a disfigurement in her face, a broken nose and jaw, and a loss of vision in her right eye. Ghufran was referred to Turkey to begin the treatment journey with her uncle, who works as a day laborer in the agricultural lands, but Ghufran needed intensive follow ups in hospital and her uncle was therefore forced to skip multiple working days to accompany his niece, which have caused their financial condition to get worse, and left him unable to secure the expenses of transportation to and from the hospital.
