Hussam; a young man suffering from water bags on his brain, affecting his life and mainly his vision, he needs surgery to remove the bags. His family’s situation is very poor as his father is suffering from Alzheimer's and they live in a tent. The mother is the sole breadwinner for the family but does not have the ability to secure the surgery cost.
