Abdullah, a refugee child with his family, who spent two years in a state of panic, his school was shelled and many of his friends died, the situation he lived, the fear and pressure caused him to suffer from diabetes and now he needs insulin injections to adjust his blood glucose level and a sugar meter with a thread to follow the development of his situation.
