Mr. Rashid is a refugee in Tripoli, he lives with his wife in a tent. Three of their children were killed and one is missing. He suffers from Diabetes and high blood pressure. Recently he started having stomach pain and needs an operation in the Intestine to diagnose the reason of the pain.
