Story
Omar is a child under two years old who went through three brain strokes when he was three months old which led to persistent nerve convulsions which in turn led to paralysis in his feet and is now in need of neurological treatment to stop the convulsions. If the convulsions continue, this could lead to loss of other functions such as hearing or sight as well as the need for physiotherapy.
