Mahmoud is a man in his forties living with his family in a simple one-room rented house. Mahmoud has no income and debts accumulated. The family's living depends on aids coming from neighbours. Mahmoud always tries to find a job, but unfortunately he finds it very difficult to secure a job due the hearing deficit he suffers from. His three little children also suffer from hearing deficit and need medical care and hearing aids. One day, and due to the hearing deficit, boiling water was poured on one of the little kids, Mahmoud did not even hear the shouting of the kid. The family needs your help to mitigat their suffering.
