Rashed is a refugee in Turkey. Due to a war injury, his spinal cord was damaged which caused him hemiplegia. He underwent physical therapy and several surgeries but he is not done with his treatment yet, he still needs to continue his treatment but, his financial situation makes him unable to afford his treatment expenses.
