Qamar is a young girl from Homs suffering from visual loss in addition to weakness and severe deviation in the eyes, she went through a lot with her family due to displacement because of the shelling and destruction of their home. She needs to undergo urgent surgery so she does not lose her vision completely, but due to the displacement and poor financial and living conditions of her family and the inability of her father to work, they are unable to afford for the cost of surgery.
