Fatima lives with her family of six in extreme poverty and harsh living conditions. She is the only provider for the family and used to work as a house cleaner to secure the basic needs of her family. Due to her herniated disc illness; Fatima was forced to leave her job. The family is now struggling financially which is affecting their medical and psychological health negatively especially that winter is approaching, and Fatima cannot provide warmth for her children.
