Samira is a married woman and a loving mother to her children. Due to her grief over her brothers who were martyred at the beginning of the year because of the brutal shelling, her mental and health conditions got really bad. She vomits and suffers severe pain and after medical tests, the doctor has assured that she is suffering from two large kidney stones (1 cm) causing severe pain and the inability to sleep. The doctor believes there are masses in her gallbladder and prefers to eradicate. Samira suffers from difficult living conditions, and her husband is unable to secure the cost of the operation.
